Letter from DirectorDear Parents,
Welcome to St. Jerome Early Childhood Center! Thank you for your interest in SJECC, a place where faith and education come together to provide a nurturing foundation for your child's growth and development. As the Director of St. Jerome ECC, I am delighted to introduce you to our preschool community, where, with a wonderful team, we focus on fostering a strong, early childhood education rooted in catholic teachings for children 6 weeks to 4 years old. Our mission is to foster a love of learning and cultivate moral and spiritual growth in a supportive and caring environment.
At SJECC, we believe that early childhood is a crucial period for laying the groundwork for lifelong learning and character formation. Our program is designed to engage children in meaningful activities that promote academic, social and emotional development, all within the framework of Catholic values. Through daily prayer, religious instruction, and participation in Mass, we strive to deepen each child's understanding of God's love for them.
Our dedicated team of preschool educators is passionate about creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued, respected, and loved. We tailor our approach to meet the individual needs of each child, fostering their natural curiosity and helping them develop the skills necessary for future academic success. This school year SJECC is joining forces with Blossom Center for Children and Greenhouse Therapy to bring early intervention services to our students and help them achieve independence and academic excellence.
SJECC believes establishing a strong partnership with parents is essential. We encourage you to be actively involved in your child's preschool experience and to participate in our community events, family Masses, and volunteer opportunities. Your involvement not only enhances your child's experience but also strengthens our school community.
